Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Print


Walt Disney's first full length animated motion picture became an instant classic.  Shirley Temple presented Walt Disney with the Oscar... and seven little Oscars!  This beautiful Snow White dye-transfer print was created by the Walt Disney Studio promotional purposes (gifts to top-selling film salespeople, entertainment reporters, charity auctions, etcetera).  Many of these prints went unsigned, others were signed by Disney employees signing on behalf of their busy boss, and a rare few- such as this wonderful piece- were personally autographed by Walt Disney. 

This delightful print shows Snow White dancing with Doc, as Dopey, Sneezy, Bashful, Sleepy, Grumpy  and Happy accompany with instruments.  It is especially nice that this autograph is not inscribed (does not read "To Frank," etc.).  Signed in the 1950's, Walt Disney has autographed the matte with a giant five inch long signature!  Today these prints are prized by collectors as one of the most attractive and displayable of all Walt Disney autographed items. 

Framed to an overall size of 18" x 20".  Crease/crack in the upper right and lower left corners of mat and  some light stains (click image for a larger view).  Artwork autographed by Walt Disney is highly desired by collectors and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is one of the most sought-after Disney prints.  What a conversation piece in any home or office!  Includes the Phil Sears Collectibles Lifetime Guarantee of Authenticity.
