Disneyland Souvenir Booklet
Autographed By Walt Disney

Few Walt Disney autographed items are more sought-after by collectors than those associated with Disneyland.  Items signed at Disneyland are rarer than you might think- Walt even politely refused to sign at Disneyland for (future) Disney Archivist Dave  Smith, back when Dave was a teenager!  If Walt felt a lot of other people were watching, he'd often beg-off, asking the fan to write to the Studio for an autograph, saying something like, "If I sign for you I'll have to sign for everybody."  But if you caught Walt at the right moment, you just might get a quick autograph.  This Disneyland souvenir booklet includes an email from the former owner:

"My grandfather and grandmother were at Disneyland
opening weekend to tomorrow land. Got Disney to sign
the tour guide book at the park..."*

*Clarification:  This autographed 1958 Disneyland booklet includes the 1959 Disneyland insert promoting the newest attractions, suggesting that the former owner's grandparents were likely at the grand opening of Tomorrowland's Submarine Voyage and Disneyland Alweg Monorail in 1959, not Tomorrowland itself.

Walt Disney has autographed the cover right next to a color photo of himself!  And he has signed across Tinker Bell!  Especially nice is that this wonderful Disneyland souvenir booklet is not inscribed- does not read "To Bob" or "To Julie."   Measures approximately 11.75" x 8".  Soft cover.  The booklet exhibits handling as shown; tack hole in upper right corner.  Since signed photographs of Walt Disney are almost black and white, this is a rare opportunity to own a COLOR image autographed by Walt Disney, including Tinker Bell and Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty castle!  Includes the Phil Sears Collectibles Lifetime Guarantee of Authenticity Item # 1567, $6995
