Walt Disney Double-Authenticated,
Personally Signed Check

This Walt Disney signed check includes TWO authentications:  This autograph has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA and includes their registered authenticity number (84128829; certification can be viewed on their website as shown at right).  Also includes the Phil Sears Collectibles Lifetime Guarantee of Authenticity! 

 Collectors love signed checks for a number of reasons; indisputable authenticity (complete with the original bank stamps) and Disney's full legal Walter E. Disney signature.  Even if not signed a Walt Disney check would be a collector's item- printed with Walt Disney's name, business address (the Disney studio address), and direct from Walt's checkbook!  But Walt Disney has personally signed this 1957 bank check with a bold black fountain pen ink signature. 

The check is from his personal account at a Burbank, California bank not far from the Disney Studio.  Walt has signed with his longer legal name, Walter E. Disney.  A similar Walt Disney signed check was offered in Disneyland's Disney Gallery in January of last year $14,000 (see photos below)!  Measures approximately 12.5" x 5.5" overall. Includes the 8" x 10" photo shown above.  Check # 636, item # 6132, $6995
